About the authors

Elizabeth Conrod, MClSc

Beth Conrod is a Halifax native who recently completed her Master's degree in Audiology at Western University. Upon completion she moved back to the east coast and is thrilled to be working at the Hearing Institute Atlantic in Halifax. Beth also holds a Bachelor's of Kinesiology degree with Psychology from Acadia University. She feels very fortunate to be able to combine the excellent evidence based knowledge and training gained at Western University, with getting to know patient's on an individual basis and helping to improve their communication and quality of life.

Khalil Surahyo, MClSc

Khalil Surahyo obtained a Bachelor of Science (Biology) with High Distinction from York University and has recently completed a Master’s of Clinical Science (Audiology) at Western University. He currently works as an audiologist at ListenUP! Canada in Mississauga.
